MapMySales does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the app (listed in our Privacy Policy). These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually prohibited from using it for their own purposes.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. Since we do not sell your data, there is nothing to opt out of — but we want you to know your rights.
Your Rights Under the CCPA
- Right to Know — You can export all data we have on you from the Privacy section in Settings.
- Right to Delete — You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from the Privacy section in Settings, or by emailing support@mapmysales.net.
- Right to Opt Out of Sale — We do not sell your personal information. Period.
- Right to Non-Discrimination — We will never treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
