Welcome to MapMySales, a product of Damay Enterprises LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using our service at mapmysales.net, you agree to the following terms.
MapMySales helps you discover garage sales, yard sales, estate sales, and community sale events near you. The service is currently in beta and features may change without notice.
You must be at least 13 years old to use MapMySales. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
When you share a community sale URL, the extracted sale data becomes available to all MapMySales users in that area. You retain no ownership of publicly sourced sale data.
MapMySales offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time through your account settings — cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown plus applicable tax.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings by selecting Manage Subscription. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then. All subscription charges are non-refundable. MapMySales offers a free tier so you can evaluate the service before upgrading.
MapMySales is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of sale listings, addresses, dates, event details, or routing information. Sale data is derived from publicly available sources and community contributions and may not reflect current conditions. Always verify sale details independently before visiting. Service availability may be interrupted for maintenance or updates.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Damay Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of MapMySales, including but not limited to inaccurate sale information, missed sales, routing errors, or reliance on data provided by the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of MapMySales shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Benton County, Arkansas. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
MapMySales, its design, features, and original content are the property of Damay Enterprises LLC. Sale data sourced from third-party websites remains the property of those respective sources. If you believe content on MapMySales infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us at support@mapmysales.net.
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
