About the count: 169 sellers are mapped with a verified street address and pinned above; 12 more are participating but haven't confirmed an exact address yet, so we don't pin them rather than place them wrong. Smaller home sales also line the corridor for the full 160 miles without registering — drive day-of and watch for hand-painted signs.
Bargains Galore on 64 is a 160-mile yard sale that runs US Highway 64 across Arkansas, from Fort Smith on the Oklahoma line in the west to Beebe northeast of Little Rock in the east. More than twenty towns along the highway take part — Van Buren, Alma, Ozark, Clarksville, Russellville, Conway, Vilonia, and Beebe among the busiest — with clusters of yard sales, church sales, and barn sales filling the stretches in between. It is a long-running annual event.
The event was started so families could outfit their kids for the school year without overspending, and that practical streak still runs through it. The goods are everyday and affordable: furniture, clothing, tools, antiques, collectibles, and household goods, with food trucks setting up at the bigger clusters. US-64 parallels Interstate 40 the whole way, so the corridor is easy to work in segments.
The River Valley towns — Van Buren, Alma, Ozark, and Clarksville — make a strong base for the western half, while Conway and Vilonia anchor the eastern run toward Beebe. Most sellers open early and run through the day across the three-day weekend. There is no single central registry; drive the corridor, watch for signs, and plan around the town clusters.
This route runs through these anchor towns. Drive any segment, or the whole route — most folks pick a stretch and work their way through it.
