Beyond the verified stops: every address above is a confirmed sale, so map them in the smartest driving order and work the list. Other households around Reno sell without registering — once you're driving the mapped stops, watch for hand-painted signs on the side streets between them.
The Somersett Fall Community-Wide Garage Sale is a single Saturday when households across Somersett — a master-planned golf community in northwest Reno, Nevada (ZIP 89523) — hold garage sales at the same time. Saturday, October 3, 2026 is when it runs, 7 AM to 3 PM. Somersett holds this sale twice a year: a summer edition in July and this fall edition in October, each with its own Google My Map of registered households.
With 93 placemarks on the community's own map, the fall sale is close in size to Somersett's summer event and spread across the same hillside grid of loops and courts at the base of the Sierra foothills. Because the sales aren't strung along one road but scattered through a terraced neighborhood layout, reading the map before you drive makes a real difference in how much ground you can cover by 3 PM.
Every participating household is placed on the map from the coordinates on the community's own event map, so you can cluster the nearby stops and build an efficient loop instead of guessing which court to try next.
